Chicken Piri-Piri
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the lemon juice and white wine vinegar and mix to combine.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and use your hands to rub the marinade all over the chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides and enjoy!
