Delicious Turkish Kebabs

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of ground beef, lamb, or chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Place the ground meat in a large bowl and add the diced onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until it is well combined.
2. Take a handful of the meat mixture and shape it into a patty. Repeat with the rest of the mixture until you have about 10-12 kebabs. Place the kebabs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the kebabs are cooked through.
