  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, about 8 minutes. Drain the fat.

Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to the package directions. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Add the cooked macaroni and cooked beef/onion and stir until combined.

Pour the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and top with the shredded cheese, if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

  • 1 (8 oz) package shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, about 8 minutes. Drain the fat.

Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and green chiles, black beans, corn and 1/2 cup of the cheese to the beef/onion mixture and stir until combined. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and top with the remaining cheese, salsa and crushed tortilla chips.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
